G&P Caribbean Cuisine is a testament to Haiti's rich culinary heritage and celebrates Gigi's lifelong passion for food. Born and raised in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, Gigi was immersed in the rich traditions and bold flavours of Haitian cuisine from a young age. She took after her grandmother's love for cooking, learning the nurturing way of cooking food. Even being the youngest sibling of 6, Gigi began cooking daily family dinners at 12. This early exposure to the soulful, hearty meals of the Caribbean ignited a lifelong passion for cooking and sharing these unique flavours with others.
